As a senior IT Professional Venkat brings on board 20+ years of global experience in building captive IT off shore division ground up. His key strengths include ability to transform an IT division into strong service oriented organization; experience in implementing ITIL, ISO 20000, CMMi Level 3 process to increase the maturity level.

Venkat adds significant value to the organization with his technical expertise, experience in operating Global Services Delivery Models (GSDM), and excellent people management skills. Prior to joining TeamF1 Networks, Venkat was heading IT Off Shore Captive Center in Hyderabad for a Global MNC based in London. Venkat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagarjuna University and a Master’s in Computer Systems Engineering from University of Arkansas, USA. He is also a Master class for Directors – ‘Certified Corporate Directorship’ course from Institute of Directors (IOD), New Delhi
